Regional Property Manager

You will manage the execution and communication of the client’s strategic direction to all locations. The primary responsibility is developing and managing individual site operational plans including investment objectives, compliance goals, marketing, site quality, and financial goals and objectives.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and execution of annual budget.
  • Oversee each property teams in all activities related to occupancy, collections, delinquency, exposure, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and online reputation management.
  • Maintenance of the Apartment Status.
  • Manage and ensure physical conditions and quality of all facilities meet corporate standards. Coordinate maintenance when outside of on-site staff scope.
  • Coordination of all marketing.
  • Adherence to personnel policies by on-site staff.
  • Inspection and approval of all market ready units.
  • Travel regularly to all site locations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and motivate staff.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in property management with HUD and housing assistance programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Real Estate License preferred or must be willing and able to obtain a Real Estate License for all applicable states.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as the public.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
