Technical Support Representative

Elite Staffing LLC is seeking qualified applicants for the role of Technical Support Representative at one of our client companies. This position requires previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment, preferably in a technical support role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and technical support to customers via phone and/or email
  • Note conversations and actions taken in company-specific software programs to ensure quality on each customer interaction
  • Maintain discretion with confidential information


  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to type at least 30 wpm
  • 6 months or more customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Troubleshooting experience is highly desired but not required
  • Bilingual skills highly desired but not required
