Administrative Assistant- Part Time

Our client is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments or answer inquiries from customers
  • Greet and direct incoming traffic
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming first impression to customers
  • Assist in scheduling/planning events

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent work history
  • Exemplary organizational skills
