Job Description

  • Perform all necessary assembly routines
  • Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings and dimension styles
  • Accurately prepare documentation and update paperwork
  • Operate equipment safely
  • Operate forklift according to safe operating procedures, including acquisition and maintenance of training certificate
  • Final assembly of sub-components in adherence with established quality standard
  • Ensure the proper identification of all assemblies, including pass/fail status resulting from in-process testing activity, is maintained throughout the production process
  • Assist with R&D prototype assembly or perform other production related duties, including cleaning/maintenance
  • Participate in cleaning, maintenance and monitoring of equipment and work environments
  • Read and follow work instructions
  • Work within established safety procedures
  • Proactively builds successful and productive relationships
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in a clean room
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with all levels of staff within the organization, customers and vendors outside of the organization.
  • Enjoys a variety of work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Basic computer skills including email
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English
  • Reliable attendance is critical
  • Attention to detail
