Business Loan Officer

Successful candidates for the Business Loan Officer position will have banking and management experience, as this position will manage the  staff and drive the department performance. Sales experience is a plus, as well as a high level of comfort and interest with community involvement. 

Responsibilities:

  • Follow and enforce bank policies and procedures
  • Business development and follow up on prospective accounts
  • Building relationships with clients while offering most applicable bank service or product
  • Manage and lead team to meet bank goals

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of banking experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable on SBA 7(a), FSA, SBA 504, and other financial programs
