Director of Compliance

This position is responsible for creating and managing the compliance program for our client. Working with the executive team to create a retaliation free environment, education programs for employees, and developing a standard set of ethical principals for the company to live by.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop extensive compliance program
  • Review and edit the program as seen necessary to eliminate potential risks
  • Create educational programs and education classes for employees to gain understanding of important topics
  • Partner with external legal counsel and oversee all investigations
  • Ensure the organization is retaliation-free and employees have all proper tools and knowledge to bring forward any potential misconduct
  • Create and review regular reports of the program and present to executive team
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Law degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience in a compliance position or governments contracting position
  • Strong understanding of the US legal system
