Part-time Office Assistant (Temporary)

This temporary Office Assistant is part time and will last approximately 3 months,  hours can be slightly flexible. 

General duties include: 

  • Answering phones and handling daily customer service inquiries
  • Correspond to email inquiries or direct email to appropriate person
  • Oversee and track all accounts payable and receivable
  • Schedule work orders
  • Process payroll entries and create reports
  • Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks & Excel
