For Mike, it is all about open and honest communication. To best understand the needs of his clients, Mike has perfected the skill of asking the right questions. Mike partners with healthcare facilities to evaluate their staffing challenges and propose workforce solutions to meet staffing demands. With 32 years in healthcare, Mike has a deep understanding of local and regional healthcare challenges. He looks forward to furthering the success of our partnering healthcare facilities. Prior to Elite Executive Partners, Mike was the Director of Business Health, Physical Therapy, and the Sleep Lab at UnityPoint Health in Sioux City. Mike also held a Business Development & Physician Relationship role at a large new multifaceted surgery center in South Sioux City, Nebraska.
Mike believes the most significant way to make an impact is to be risk vision-driven, set new standards and trends in the workplace, and not be afraid to fail.
Chances are, when not at work, you will find Mike on the golf course with his wife Connie. He also enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren and cheering on (BOTH) the Cyclones and Hawkeyes!
