Effective August 12, 2026, eligible participants may receive a $500 cash referral bonus after their referred candidate completes one full month of continuous employment with an Elite client.
At the time eligibility is reviewed, both the participant and the referred candidate must be actively employed and in good standing with the applicable client.
This program replaces the earlier summer program, which provided payment on the referred candidate’s first day. The current terms apply to referrals submitted on or after August 12, 2026. To protect confidentiality, specific employment information will not be disclosed.
Elite will determine eligibility based on program requirements and client confirmation.
